报告题目:On the modeling of large viscoplastic deformation behavior and texture evolution in polycrystals: The intermediate Phi-model

报告摘要:

In a first part of this presentation, we will discuss the viscoplastic formulation of the deformation behavior of polycrystalline materials. Then, we will present the new homogenization technique leading the formulation of the viscoplastic intermediate phi-model for crystal plasticity. With the phi-model, as in the self-consistent approach, a non-linear interactions law is derived but without the call for the Eshelby tensor. The phi-model takes into account the grain interactions with the homogeneous equivalent medium and includes a weight parameter that allows to span from upper to lower bound estimates. In a second part of the presentation, we will show the application of the phi-model to simulate large deformation and texture evolution in different crystalline materials (FCC, BCC, HCP). We will compare the results predicted from our new modeling, in terms of stress-strain response, textures and slip activity to those of viscoplastic self-consistent model, of the upper and lower bound models, as well as to the experimental results.

报告人简介:

Said Ahzi教授现任职于卡塔尔哈迈德•本•哈利法大学和法国斯特拉斯堡大学, 兼任美国乔治亚理工大学和美国德州农工大学客座教授等职务。 在此之前,曾分别工作于美国克莱门森大学、美国加尼福尼亚大学圣地亚哥分校、美国麻省理工学院、法国梅斯大学。研究领域包括材料力学、增材制造、生物力学、计算力学、微纳米力学等。担任多个SCI期刊副主编、编委。合作出版5本专著,发表期刊论文300余篇,论文被引用6300余次,h因子40,i10因子118。
